Hello,

I created a new ticket type and the team members can't see it in the
actions menu.
What permissions do I set to allow them to create new tickets using the new
ticket type?

Using my account which is the trac admin, I can see it and it works fine.
I can create tickets with the new type and assign them to a sprint.

Hi RAU,
Any time you create a new ticket type, a new permission will be created.
To let the other members see the new ticket type you created, you can go in
the permissions sections in the admin page and grant them the permission
CREATE_<NAME_OF_THE_NEW_TICKET_TYPE>

For more info check our documentation at
<your_agilo_for_track_url>/agilo-help/admin/Permissions
