Hi guyz,

We are using agilo/trac since last 2 years. But from last 2months trac has
become to slow.
It takes around 3-5 mins to update/create ticket.

So I wanted to ask that is there any way to clean up trac database to
increase speed, without breaking current trac settings.
So can we remove previous sprints data which are not in use.

Please do help.

Thanks and regards.

Hey,

we got the same problem with agilo trac.
Current ticket nummer is about 6000, and loading become slower and slower
(not that hard, but increases to 5-10 seconds per site/update).
Are there any indices that we can set to specific columns in mysql database?
Or is there another way to speed up the ticket system?

Thanks in advance,
regards
Marco

Hi Marco,
[agilo-links]
cache.timeout = 0
in order to improve the performance of agilo for trac, you can enable its caching system.
In the Trac.ini there is a cache.timeout variable which by default is 0. It defines how much time (in milliseconds) the cache should be valid after a request.
I suggest you to do some trial starting from a value of 2000 and then increasing the value if not enough.
If you are still experiencing issue, please contact us.

Cheers,
