[Agilo for Trac] Read-only permitions to users

Is there any way to give read-only permitions to registered users, so they can update from a repository, but cannot commit?
The users are created via web interface (admin).

You should be able to do this using the web interface, by selecting the subversion path you want to restrict access to and then update the read/write columns as to your preference, then click "Change path members".
