I was attempting to create a new Agilo (1.3.9) project using MySQL as the
backend on a Windows Server machine. I have Trac (1.0.1) installed and
MySQL 5.6.

When I did called the trac_admin upgrade command I received the following
error message and only 7 of the agilo tables were created. I attempted
this twice with the same results both times. Has anyone else experienced a
similar problem?

The upgrade failed. Please fix the issue and try again.

UnableToLoadObjectError: An error occurred while getting None from the
database:
(1146, "Table 'trac.agilo_sprint' doesn't exist")

What exact steps are you interested in?

I created a trac environment using trac_admin *myproject* initenv command
with MySQL as the database. That worked fine.

Then I set agilo.* = enabled in trac.ini. And did the trac_admin *myproject*upgradecommand and received the error.

I created both Postgres and SQLite Agilo projects without any issue. I
even attempted to migrate those projects to a MySQL project and they failed
with the same error message.

Cheers

Thanks for the information. I will try and reproduce the issue and come back to you asap!
I have downloaded the latest bitnami trac stack, and installed agilo using the default project and default configuration, and there was no problem.
Looking back at your emails, I've seen you mentioned using mysql on a windows server machine.
Is this a different setup than the bitnami trac stack? If so, can you point me to where can I find it?

Cheers
