Discussion:
[Agilo for Trac] Agilo 1.3.9 product backlog shows user stories assigned to a sprint

I am running Agilo 1.3.9/Linux/Python 2.6 Product Backlog shows user
stories assigned to sprint. The settings for the product backlog are the
default (Global, do not include planned work). However, when I view the
product backlog, I still see the user story. I turned on the sprint column
for that backlog and I can see the sprint plan as day. I also tried
removing the sprint and then reassigning the sprint and nothing changed.
It appears that the agilo_backlog_ticket table is not being updated
correctly.

Can you please provide us the information in the /about page and the logs
of your steps? (You need to access as TRAC_ADMIN user)
To enable the trac log, just go to the "Logging" section in the
"Administration" page and select: type= File, Log level= DEBUG and the
destination.

Thank you for the reply Claudio. Unfortunately the system on which this is
running is air-gapped from the internet so I am going to need to transcribe
what I see on these pages manually. I'll start with the version
information on the about page:

Trac: 1.0.1
Agilo: 1.3.9-PRO
Genshi: 0.7 (without speed ups)
mod_wsgi: 3.2
Python: 2.6.6
pytz: 2010h
setuptools: 0.6c11
sqlite: 3.6.20
subversion: 1.7.9
jquery: 1.7.2

Installed plugins:
binary-agilo: 1.3.9-PRO

Whatelse of interrest do you need from the about page?

Thanks,

Scott

Hi Scott,
Can you also provide the configuration of the about page? (Please, make
sure you remove any sensitive data first.)
Another useful think would be the log file. You should:

- activate it in the administration page
- set the level to DEBUG
- try to reproduce the problem (planning some user story and check if they
are in the Product backlog)
- copy the log file and send it.

Other questions:
Have, the User Stories that you planned, some child ticket or reference
(Task, etc..) not planned?
These User Stories are in both Sprint backlog and Product Backlog?

Cheers,
