[Agilo for Trac] Agilo breaks stack trace indenting

As I initially reported incorrectly to Trac
(https://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/12397#comment:7), the Agilo plugin breaks
the stack trace indenting. It seems to be a css issue but I'm not entirely
sure what the problem is exactly.

Just a heads up, I have it fixed using code tags for the time being :)

I'm running the 1.0-stable branch and currently running it through tracd
but generally through gunicorn. Both are behind a Nginx server. As far as I
can detect all css and javascript loads as expected.

What version of trac are you using? Also, do you run trac in standalone
mode using tracd or do you use some kind of web server instead?
