[Agilo for Trac] Error Message When Saving Changes

We have noticed since upgrading to Trac 1.0.1 and Agilo 1.3.9-pro that very
often when we submit changes to tickets we are presented with the following
error message even though no one else has edited the ticket. We can press
submit again and usually it accepts the change. Sometimes it may take more
attempts. I've also noticed this on a fresh installation of Trac and
Agilo. I will try to see if a Trac only project will produce this. Has
anyone else experienced this?

*Warning:* Sorry, can not save your changes. This ticket has been modified
by someone else since you started

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
