[Agilo for Trac] Remaining Time not updated

Hello all,
I am using Agilo for Trac (Open source; v0.9.4) with the latest stable
Trac (0.12.2). I have enabled CommitTicketUpdater to update tickets in
post-commit hooks.

However, when developers commit the source code, the tickets got
updated, but the remaining time is not updated. Is this the default
behaviour? Is it possible to update the remaining time when a ticket
is closed?

thanks in advance.

you can find an example on how to do this here:

Hi all.

I'm using TimeTracking plugin and it also has a field (custom field) called
"remaining" to track the remaining time of a ticket. It is known that agilo
also has a field called "remaining_time" to do the same job.

Is there a way to change the name of Agilo's "remaining_time" field to
"remaining" in order to 'integrate' it with TimeTracking?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Gabriel,

Unfortunately we don't support the changing of our custom ticket attribute.
One think that you can try to make them work, is to create a wrapper "remaining" that access directly our "remaining_time" field.
